THE MF700
A 5-AXIS MACHINING CENTER

MF700 | KEY FEATURES
Robust &
Precise Design
The MF700 is built with a focus on enhancing structural rigidity and machining precision. The column-moving C-frame structure, optimized with FEMA analysis, ensures high stability and accuracy. By separating the linear and rotary axes, the machine minimizes following errors, ensuring exceptional machining accuracy. Additionally, the transmission components are strategically placed away from the working area, reducing the risk of coolant and chip contamination, thereby improving the machine's longevity.
Optimized for Stability
& Efficiency
The MF700's linear axes feature a cross-frame design that, along with the wide-span column and large-size linear way blocks, provides outstanding stability during high-speed cutting operations. The rotary table, integrated with a bridge-type column, combines a compact design with a smaller footprint, maximizing the working envelope without sacrificing performance.
Enhanced Load Capacity
& Flexibility
The MF700’s rotary table is designed with tailstock support, significantly increasing its load capacity up to 500kg. This makes it ideal for handling larger workpieces, with a maximum swing of 700mm and a height capacity of up to 500mm. The standard worm gear/wheel and encircling brake design ensure high rigidity and lock-force, while for demanding applications, such as in aerospace, the system can be upgraded with dual Direct Drive Motors for higher speed requirements.
User-Centric &
Efficient Operation
Operator convenience is at the forefront of the MF700's design. The machine features two wide-opening doors, making it easier for operators to access the work area and facilitating seamless automation upgrades. Furthermore, the MF700 offers three types of top guards—telescopic, solid, and open top—tailored for different working environments. The newly designed base allows chips to fall directly onto the conveyor, cutting chip cleaning time by 50%, thereby boosting overall efficiency.
